Photo Exhibition
With a view
to maximizing the exposure of our members’ works, helping members to improve
their photo techniques and skill, as well as to get feed back from fellow
photographers and the public, the Society has decided to help members to exhibit
their photographs, locally initially and if found successful, in other cities
and overseas.
A brief
description of the scheme and rules are set out below. As we are trialling it
out at this stage, slight changes may have to be made to meet changing needs:
 |
A member or a group of members
can request an exhibition to be arranged by completing an
Exhibition Form which can be downloaded
by clicking the above link. |
 |
The Exhibitor(s) should bear
all costs relating to the exhibition. |
 |
The Exhibitor(s) should be
responsible for setting up the display items and their dismantling afterwards
at the exhibition venue. |
 |
The Exhibitor(s) is responsible
for paying all damages and losses of properties and space of the exhibition
venue. |
 |
The Exhibitor(s) is responsible
for the safety and security in connexion with the use of the exhibition venue. |
 |
The Exhibitor(s) is responsible
for all damages and losses of all exhibits. |
 |
Advertisements and publicity,
if any, should be arranged and paid for by the exhibitor. |
 |
The Exhibitor is liable for the
controversial content of all exhibits. |
 |
All exhibits must be the
original works of the Exhibitor. |
 |
All exhibits must be submitted
to the Executive Committee for approval. |
 |
Selling of the exhibits during
